Oh this looks soooo good and makes me want to run out to Hey Cupcake! and get a spice cake or carrot one - yum. Glad you shared this.
I'm thinking that if I manage it by the deadline tomorrow night, I could paint a cupcake and publicize that Lou Gehrig's 5K that Leslie wrote about... but I'll need to get my rear in gear, I wasn't even going to do this one...
